The interview between Charles Hoskinson and Rick McCracken was about Cardano going number one in smart contracts, utility, community and all the main factors of the technology. And, on the side effect of being #1 in all the right areas. May be not financial wise, being a digital fortress.
Charles Hoskinson tweeted: “Just gave the opening lecture for IOG’s latest haskell/plutus course in Mongolia being taught by Drs. @LarsBrunjes and @polinavinovino with guest lectures from Duncan and Professor Wadler. It’s exciting to see it after a year of planning and despite the complications of Corona.”
Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted: “Competition between Cardano (ADA) and Ethereum (ETH) brewing. Waiting to see who is set to bring the sustainable best to the world.”

Charles Hoskinson stated that Ethereum is going for #2 and that they have been trying to push them out of the place and that it has not been working out so well. He stated that it has been delayed for 7 times this year. They have been trying to shift that since 2017. Yeah, this is hard.
If we Dote Cardano to be the kind of platform that I would want to use to change the world and it took 5 years for us to get that platform mature to the point, where it really can be useful actually be used by many people throughout the world like in Africa and in every other place that matters. I have particular things that I want to do with it, but it is open infrastructure and everybody gets to use their own particular thing.
What is exciting is that now it will tear us apart. We have two completely independent forms of funding for people to go and build stuff on top of Cardano. This is the C fund and DC fund. Towards the end of the month it will be known now to split and pretty soon funding should be available we will see what happens with that.
In 6 to 8 seeks we will get Goguen and we will get larger numbers of people to participate. And that is what we call positive feedback. What we put in goes back in and it keeps getting stronger and stronger and you wake up and you are 10 million people.
So, I think we have the right economics, we have the right community and the right foundation to work with. It is incredibly hard to do it with lot of delays and everybody mocks and things like that. They have been working for 4 years longer than us, they had more money than us, a larger community than us and they had every advantage you can imagine and they are still not where they need to be.
